Co-Own It

Already own it? Invite a sharing circle — family, friends, or neighbors — on terms you set. Borrowers don't own the asset and don't need a Premier membership.

Let Them Borrow It

Borrowers request a usage window and you approve or decline it. Free, or for a fee you agree between you. Approved borrows are conflict-checked on the shared calendar.

Rent It Out

Publish your asset on the SphereUs Marketplace for short-term rental. Renters book and pay through the platform, and income is split across co-owners by ownership percentage.

Fees agreed between members are settled directly between them — SplitZen records the terms and the paid status and does not move money between members.
